| A | Microsoft IE critical security patch KB896688 released 10/11/05 causes Brio Insight to malfunction, resulting in the user being unable to run Brio Query documents using Brio Insight (for Internet Explorer). Documents viewed from the Query Library may also not load. Rather than loading the user may see only a red 'X' in the upper left corner of the browser window, or a broken document image.To resolve the problem:
