| A | Map Drive – Windows
- Right-Click on “My Computer” and choose Map Network Drive
- On Windows XP, to map your student share (H:) enter the following server name:
http://bluedrive.uwstout.edu/users/students/username where username is your UW-Stout email username Example, John Doe: http://bluedrive.uwstout.edu/users/students/doej
- On Windows Vista, to map your student share (H:) enter the following server name:
https://bluedrive.uwstout.edu/users/students/username where username is your UW-Stout email username Example, John Doe: https://bluedrive.uwstout.edu/users/students/doej
- Individual Colleges also provide storage space for class needs. The mappings for these are:
Math M: (Personal Drive) \\mscsFS.uwstout.edu\username$ S: (Shared Drive) \\mscsFS.uwstout.edu\studentshared STEM M: (Personal Drive) \\stemFS.uwstout.edu\username$ S: (Shared Drive) \\stemFS.uwstout.edu\stem_student_shared$ GIS M: (Personal Drive) \\gisFS.uwstout.edu\username$ S: (Shared Drive) \\gisFS.uwstout.edu\gisStudentShared
- Click Connect using “different user name”
- Username BlueDrive: username (without @uwstout.edu)
- Username departmental shares: username@uwstout.edu
- Password: email password
- Check the box, “Reconnect at logon” to save the network drive
- Click “Finish.”

- Map to their network drives using the following for server name and then click “Connect:”
- For your personal student share (H:) enter the following server name:

- Enter your UW-Stout email username and password when prompted
